If you have good reason to believe that the assessed value of your real property is too high, file an Application for “Decline-In-Value” Reassessment, Proposition 8, form with the San Diego County Assessor’s Office. This includes single family homes, condos, apartments or other income-producing property. If you reside in a California County, other than San Diego County, contact your County Assessor with all inquiries in regard to Proposition 8.

Seven Ways to Lose Your Buyer
1. Hang out during an open house.
No matter how nice you are, you’re bound to make the buyers uncomfortable, and they won’t be able to visualize themselves living there.
