My aggressive Marketing Plan begins the day you list your home. Some strategies I use are tried and true and others on the cutting edge of innovation. Since more buyers are searching for homes on the Internet, I utilize technology to reach potential buyers for your home. My marketing strategies include but are not limited to: customized web pages, internet listings, online newspaper ads, magazines, direct mail and much more. I will work with you to develop a custom marketing plan to suite the needs of your home.

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) – MLS is a computer database for Realtors in a metro area. The database is compiled of detailed information on homes both for sale, under contract and sold. This is a tool Realtors use to produce a CMA, search for properties that a buyer is looking for, and to market their listings to other Realtors.
  • Television Commercials on HGTV, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC or The Discovery Channel during time slots we decide
  • Open Houses during prime times and include specially made OVERSIZED signs to really grab the attention of prospective buyers
